SIAD provides an effective business development and trade enquiry service to companies with trade and investment interests in Australia, Turkey or bilaterally. Through our extensive contacts in the Asia-Pacific region, we also provide a gateway service to countries in the Asia-Pacific region
Our services can be classified under three main categories:
1- Consultancy Services available to Australian companies
The services listed below are available to companies based in Australia. Upon approval from the Executive Committee, SIAD will take on such projects on a quarterly basis. A pre-determined service fee applies with a 50% initial deposit.
a. SIAD provides information and know-how to companies based in Australia in relation to international markets / industries / takeover targets, joint-ventures or strategic partner companies based overseas.
b. SIAD provides information and know-how to companies based in Australia in relation to finding a local strategic partner, takeover target or joint venture company within Australia.
2- Consultancy Services available to companies based outside of Australia
The services listed below are available to companies based outside of Australia. 
Upon approval from the Executive Committee, SIAD will take on such projects on a quarterly basis. A pre-determined service fee applies per each quarter service provided with a 50% initial deposit.
a. SIAD acts as a “Corporate Representative” to companies based outside of Australia that are aiming to develop permanent business existence in Australia. In addition to a pre-determined service fee, SIAD charges 1% trailer on the gross sales amount per annum as representation fee. Depending on the business, SIAD headquarters could be offered as a showroom to demonstrate products of the international company.
b. Aiming to pursue tenders and/or sale contracts in Australia, SIAD acts as an “Authorised Corporate Representative” to companies based outside of Australia. In addition to a pre-determined service fee, SIAD charges 1% trailer on the gross contract amount per annum as representation fee.
c. Aiming to find a strategic partner within Australia, SIAD provides consultancy services to companies based outside of Australia.
d. SIAD provides country/sectoral information services to companies based outside of Australia.
3- Other Services
a. Business Events: SIAD organises meetings, seminars, panels, conferences and similar activities to connect its members with commercial, economic, technological and legal developments around the world. SIAD further acts as the foremost organisition that brings together Turkey based professionals and companies with Australian interests through business events.
b. Business Trips & Tourism Packages: SIAD organises of and/or assists with trade missions visiting Australia, the Asia Pacific region and Turkey.
c. Trade Fair and Conference Packages: SIAD assists organisations and individuals with trade fairs, their accommodation, travel and tour packages.
d. Networking: SIAD works closely with both Turkish and Australian government officials and have links to numerous Turkey-based trade organisations, chambers, suppliers and traders in order to establish a channel of communication to unite its members with policy makers.
